Medical Calls and Equipment

Central York Fire Services runs numerous
calls for medical assitance. Approximatly 54 percent of calls run by our crews are medical calls.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CYFS fire crews participate in on going medical training to ensure a high level of skill is delivered to the community we serve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fire crews will often arrive on scene prior to ambulance and will initiate initial patient care and life saving techniques.
