2012 User Fees

Notice of Intention to Change User Fees and Charges

It is the Town of Newmarket's intention to update it's Building, Planning, Licensing, Fire Services, Water & Sewer, and General Fees and Charges (Corporate Services, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Legal Services, Public Works, and Engineering Services) by passing various bylaws under the Municipal Act 2001, the Building Code Act, and the Planning Act. 

The proposed fee changes vary depending upon the services provided. 

Detailed 2012 proposed fees and charges schedules are attached to this Notice on the Town of Newmarket's website.
